Our Story
ERA Design grew out of years of hands-on general contracting work. We kept seeing the same problem: stock plans that looked good on paper but fell apart the moment a builder tried to price or frame them. So we started drawing plans the way we wished more of them were drawn — with real construction detail, sensible structural layouts, and room left for a builder's judgment.
Our Mission
Every plan we sell should be one we'd be proud to build ourselves. That means clear drawings, honest specs, and a team that stays reachable through your questions, your revisions, and your build.
